Best-Price Policy

We want you to pay the best price for genuine, Australian-approved defibrillators and accessories. If you find a lower advertised price on the same, in-stock item, we’ll match it.

What we match

We’ll match the price when the competitor offer is:

  • The same brand and model (including version/pack size, e.g. pad type, battery kit, cabinet bundle).

  • In stock and available for immediate purchase (no pre-order or back-order).

  • New, genuine, and Australian-approved (TGA-listed where applicable).

  • From an authorised Australian retailer selling in Australia, in AUD, and including GST.

  • A like-for-like delivered price to your postcode (we include delivery and any handling on both sides).

  • Publicly available (visible on the competitor website or current written quote).

What’s excluded

  • Marketplace listings and peer-to-peer or auction sites (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Gumtree, Facebook).

  • Overseas sellers, grey imports, refurbished/second-hand, damaged or open-box items.

  • Commercial tenders, government/education contract pricing, trade quotes, loyalty or membership pricing, coupon codes, gift cards, pricing errors or misprints.

  • Clearance/stock liquidation events or bulk “commercial quantities”.

  • Bundle offers that aren’t like-for-like (e.g. different cabinet type, different pad/battery kit, different signage or accessories).

  • Service inclusions that change the offer (e.g. installation or on-site training) unless our quote includes the same inclusions.

How to claim

Email sales@stayingalivehealth.com.au with:

  1. A link to the competitor page (or their formal quote on letterhead).

  2. Your delivery postcode.

  3. The product you want to buy from us.

We’ll verify the details and send you a price-match payment link. If you’ve already placed your order with us the same day, contact us and we’ll refund the difference.

Tip: For bundles, share the competitor link(s) and we’ll line up the exact inclusions (AED model, cabinet type, pads, battery, signage, rescue kit) so it’s apples-to-apples.

Online orders

You can also use the Enquiries button or live chat during business hours. Once verified, we’ll issue a discounted invoice or a one-time checkout link that reflects the match.

Timing

Claims are best made before you purchase or within 7 days of your order with us. The competitor price must be available and verifiable at the time we check it.

Extra Details

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities to reasonable household or business needs.

  • Like-for-like means same model number and configuration, same condition, and same delivery timing.

  • Where a competitor price includes installation or training, we’ll compare on the full, like-for-like delivered and serviced total.

  • If the competitor withdraws or changes the offer before we verify it, we can’t match it.

  • We may ask for proof that the competitor has stock available for immediate dispatch.
