Thanks to the partnership between Staying Alive Health and Football Queensland, eligible Football Queensland member clubs now have the opportunity to apply for a fully funded Community Heart Safe Grant, designed to make life-saving equipment and training more accessible than ever before.
This exclusive initiative has been created to help Football Queensland clubs protect their players, coaches, volunteers, members and the wider community by providing a complete Automated External Defibrillator (AED) solution, ongoing monitoring, and accredited first aid training.
Whether it’s a busy Saturday morning with hundreds of junior players or a senior match under lights, your club can have the confidence of knowing it is prepared when every second matters.

Why This Matters
Sudden cardiac arrest can affect anyone, regardless of age or fitness.
Having an AED available is one of the most important investments a sporting club can make, but equipment alone isn’t enough.
By combining world-class defibrillation technology with accredited first aid training, your club creates a safer environment where more people have the confidence and skills to act when it matters most.
Together, we can build stronger, safer football communities across Queensland.
